A review lets your team approve a post before Beacon publishes it.

Request a review

1. Open the post.
2. Select Request review.
3. Choose the required Reviewers.
4. Add an optional note.
5. Select Request review.

Beacon keeps the reviewed content unchanged during the decision.

Find review work

Open Reviews. Use these views:

• Needs my review
• Requested by me
• Changes needed
• Approved
• All

Complete a review

1. Open a review.
2. Read the Post under review.
3. Check the preview for each channel.
4. Add a Note for the team when necessary.
5. Select Approve content or Request changes.

Use Edit current post when the content must change. A content edit requires a new approval.
