MCP publication approval

Immediate publication uses two separate reviews. Neither review can authorize changed content.

Confirm the tool call

The MCP client first asks the user to confirm the exact beacon_create_post arguments.

An idempotency key identifies one tool request. The confirmed call must include confirmed: true and a stable key.

Complete the Beacon approval

1. Receive the APPROVAL_REQUIRED result.
2. Open the returned Beacon approval URL.
3. Review the exact content.
4. Review every destination and provider setting.
5. Review all attached media.
6. Approve the request in Beacon.

The Beacon approval is valid for ten minutes.

Retry the approved request

1. Add the returned approvalId.
2. Keep the same idempotency key.
3. Keep all other arguments unchanged.
4. Call beacon_create_post again.

A different user, workspace, content value, destination, setting, or media item requires a new approval.

Do not bypass a denied or expired approval. Request a new approval when the user still wants publication.
